Never received package when it showed delivered

Never received package when it showed delivered. Notified this company and they told me not their problem. Real standup customer service and the way you run a business…pshhh-WHAT A SHAME!!!!

We will re-ship orders that are verifiably lost, damaged or returned to us for address related issues. The package has insurance, and we told you that you need to contact your local post office because the package was marked as delivered. Calling us at 11pm or 6am local time and leaving profanity laden messages is not acceptable. You asked me to tell you how to do the whole process, and when I referred you to the free videos we made you complained that it would take too long, as if I am supposed to be able to transmit the information to you faster or give you a personal walk through of the process. We maintain an exeptionally high rating and a large amount of our customers specifically site our exellent customer service.
