Purchased a total of 15 bags all but one arrived safely. I did call and leave a message and I did send them an email regarding this and I have received no response not real happy about that what can you do. 14 out of the 15 bags we're good and they're all inoculated and we'll see what happens. Wish customer service was better.
Got the bag within a couple of days. Was initially disappointed at sizing but figured this may actually work out better, ordering more.

I am not sure if the bags were sterilized or not, I used the same clean sterile culture in all 4 bags. Result, I developed a green mold and had to toss. Will not buy these again. Thanks
Hi, we guarantee the bags are sterile up until they are injected. We have no control over the spores, and if all the bags contaminated after injection it's almost certainly a bad syringe. We do offer contamination insurance for exactly this scenario, if you buy the insurance we will replace the injected bags no questions asked.
The bags seem to be coming along nicely. And this whole kit will be easier to deal with.
