Previously, I had trouble with several spore inoculations. 5 out of 8 were fails. I got five new bags because of this insurance. What a good idea to offer crop insurance.
This product has not been used yet, however it appears to be exactly the same as bags I have used in the past so I expect they will do the job quite well. I only gave it a 4 because these are one pound bags (unlike the 2 lb bags offered by other sellers) so I suspect the yield will be less per bag. I am likely guilty of not reading the description all the way through.
Hi Gary, I just wanted to clarify that these are 2 pound bags. there is one pound each of the grain and substrate.

It is everything I expected and more. I tried making a grow tub myself a few years back, didn't work out so well. Good craftsmanship.
the customer service is excellent. I received 4 bags and was stoked to see each bag packed individually and not just throw in a box. After inspection I realized a few bags didn’t have a self healing port. I reached out and asked if they could provide the ports. As property as property can be! They sent me 4 new bags! At this time I have no review on the performance of the product, but have high expectations. The quality of the products seems top notch. The substrate seems to be top quality, packed and playable. Not dry and stiff or sloppy and loose.
Easy to inoculate. Decent instructions on YouTube; I recommend that written instructions be made with more details.

We will re-ship orders that are verifiably lost, damaged or returned to us for address related issues. The package has insurance, and we told you that you need to contact your local post office because the package was marked as delivered. Calling us at 11pm or 6am local time and leaving profanity laden messages is not acceptable. You asked me to tell you how to do the whole process, and when I referred you to the free videos we made you complained that it would take too long, as if I am supposed to be able to transmit the information to you faster or give you a personal walk through of the process. We maintain an exeptionally high rating and a large amount of our customers specifically site our exellent customer service.
Novice, just starting but so far so good. The monotub is the perfect size for me, 12"x12"x12". I really like the 2lbs bags. I purchased a 3lbs locally, prefer the 2lbs. Inoculation just took place so nothing to report on that front, yet. Shipping was quick. Satisfied so far.
Beautifully packaged, substrate separated, quality bags. Everything is great so far, I imagine it’ll stay this way through harvest.
