We try to balance cost and speed, free orders ship ground and are typically delivered in 3-5 business days. For most items you can upgrade to USPS Priority for $10-40 (depending on weight) and get it in 1-3 days.

We ship Monday-Friday. Orders ship in 1-2 business days.

All products ship discreetly in plain brown boxes.

Due to the nature of the product we do not offer returns.

We do offer FREE REPLACEMENT or a refund for damage in shipment or contamination on arrival. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or contaminated so that we can make it right.

Should items be damaged in shipping or arrive contaminated (unlikely), we will replace/refund them at no cost to you.

Please provide us a well lit high resolution photo of the damage and a photo of the injector port in your email to customer.service@mushroomspawnstore.com

We reserve the right to deny replacement of a bag if it looks like it has been injected with spores or liquid culture of any kind.
