Post Inoculation Insurance Terms and Conditions
1. Coverage Scope
- This insurance covers only bags that have been contaminated after inoculation.
- Replacement will be provided solely for the contaminated bags identified under this policy.
- The entire order will only be replaced if all bags are verified as contaminated.
2. Claims Process
- Claims must be submitted within [10 days] of discovering contamination.
- Proof of contamination, such as photographs or samples, may be required.
- All claims are subject to verification and approval.
3. Exclusions
- Contamination due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow recommended procedures is not covered.

- Any fraudulent activities or attempts to abuse the insurance will result in immediate denial of coverage.
- We reserve the right to investigate all claims thoroughly.
5. Right to Deny Coverage
- We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- Failure to provide required information or evidence may result in denial of coverage.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the replacement of contaminated bags as specified.
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from contamination.
